* The projected State Award included in this estimate is based on the existing Michigan Tuition Grant program currently in Michigan law and recognizes the State’s current budget problems. This estimate may be affected by the Legislature’s future decisions on the budget and its response to a proposal from the Administration to restructure the current student aid programs.

LTU has a variety of loan options to offer depending on your situation or preference. Also, if you prefer workstudy, federal or state work-study funds can be offered (up to $2,000 per semester) to reduce, or supplement the loan portion of your package. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid for clarification on any of the sample award packages if you have any questions.
