Use this form if you would like to request an official copy of your LTU Transcript.
Detroit Institute of Technology (DIT)

Use this form if you were a student at DIT and would like a copy of your DIT Transcript.
Verification/Letter Request

Use this form if you need an Official Letter from LTU to verify or confirm enrollment
Financial Letter Request

Use this form if you would like an itemized report of the tuition that you have paid. Once completed you can turn this form in to the One Stop Center
